In this article we will go over the following questions:
- How do I submit a technical issue?
- Do users need to complete their Cognitive Check-In in a single session?
- How long does it take to receive the Clinician Report?
- How many historical administrations will the Check-In guide include?
- If my user completed a portion of the battery, will a Clinician Report be available?
How do I submit a technical issue?
We can most quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues when admins provide the username (email upon login) of the user experiencing the problem, a description of what the user did and what they should have seen, and a screenshot or video as relevant. A representative from our Customer Delight team will help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please email support@brainhq.com, or submit a request here: help form. You can also find solutions to the most common technical issues here: Technical Support.
Do users need to complete their Cognitive Check-In in a single session?
No. If they log out mid-session between individual Check-Ins, then they will pick up where the left off upon re-login. However if they quit in the middle of an individual assessment, that assessment will restart next time they sign in.
How long does it take to receive the Clinician Report?
Reports are sent quickly within the hour, and often within 5 minutes. Please check your Spam, Trask, or other folders. You can search for “BrainHQ report complete” to locate the email.
How many historical administrations will the Check-In include?
Historical plots include performance over the past 8 weeks. A complete history of performance across all administrations is available as a csv in the “standard assessment report” which can be downloaded through the Assessments tab on the portal.
If my user completed a portion of the battery, will a Clinician Report be available?
Users must complete the full Cognitive Check-In before the Clinician Report will population. Partial check-in data is available as a csv in the Levels Report. More detailed instructions on this can be hound here: How to track usage in the new group portal.
