How do I download the Clinician Report from a completed Cognitive Check-In?

Following completion of the Cognitive Check-In, you can download a Clinician Report in a BrainHQ group for your users by following the steps below:

1. Log in to BrainHQ (www.brainhq.com) with your admin account account.
2. Click on the groups tab at the top to go to your group.

3. Click on the users tab on the left.

   

4. Click the assessments tab at the top.

   

5. Select the desired Cognitive Check-in from the drop-down menu.

   

6. Check the box next to your client’s name on the list. The client must have completed the Cognitive Check-in within the past 8 weeks.

   

7. Click on the Download Report button.

   

8. In the drop down menu, click on PDF summary report for a clinician report and click download now.

   

9. You will receive an email with the report. Click Download Now to view your PDF(s).
