When trying to log in to BrainHQ, if your password or email is incorrect you will get an error message saying either:
“We don’t recognize your email or password. Please try again.”
Or
“Invalid Login: Make sure your email address and password are correct and your device is online.”
First, make sure of the following:
- If you think you know your password, try logging in again as you may have misspelled your email or password.
- Make sure you are using the email that is connected to your BrainHQ account. You can confirm this by searching your email for messages from BrainHQ about your account.
- Confirm that you have a BrainHQ account. If you don’t, this article will guide you through registering: How do I register/sign up for a BrainHQ account?
If you still get the error message, we recommend that you reset your password, which we explain how to do in this article: How do I reset my password?
