How do I register/sign up for BrainHQ?

In this article we have listed how to sign up for BrainHQ on the devices listed below.  Please click your preferred device to jump to that portion of the article:

Please note that a BrainHQ account is accessible from any number of devices. If you were to sign up on a computer, for example, your account can also be logged into through a phone or tablet using the same login information you'll be creating during registration. BrainHQ accounts are not locked into using only the device on which they were registered.

There are a few password requirements to keep in mind while registering:

• Passwords need to be between 8 and 20 characters long
• Passwords cannot contain any part of the users first name, last name, or email address
• Passwords cannot contain common passwords such as "password", or "passcode"
• Passwords cannot contain words pertaining to BrainHQ, such as "brainhq", "cognition", "brain", or "training"
  
  

To sign up on a computer, please do the following:

1. Go to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click the Sign Up button.
3. Enter an email address to register the account under and the desired password for the BrainHQ account. (Note: Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters long.)
4. Click on the Sign Up > button to continue the registration.
5. Enter your First and Last name
6. Click on the Sign Up > button to finish the registration

To sign up on an iPad, please do the following:

1. Launch the App Store app. Skip to Step 5 if you already have it downloaded.
2. Search for "BrainHQ"
3. Download the BrainHQ app for your device
4. Confirm your desire to download it (it's free, so you should not need to pay for anything.)
5. Launch the BrainHQ app by tapping on the icon.
6. Tap "ADD ACCOUNT"
7. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password for your new BrainHQ account
8. Tap on the SIGN UP button when finished.

To sign up on the iPhone app, please do the following:

1. Launch the App Store app. (Skip to Step 5 if you already have it downloaded.)
2. Tap on the Magnifying glass icon at the bottom and search for "BrainHQ"
3. Download the BrainHQ - Brain Training Exercises app 
4. Confirm your desire to download it (it's free, so you should not need to pay for anything)
5. Open the BrainHQ app
6. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password for your new BrainHQ account
7. Tap the "Sign Up" button when finished

To sign up on an Android device, please do the following:

1. Open the Google Play Store app (skip to step 4 if you already have the app installed)
2. Search for "BrainHQ" (no quotes)
3. Install the BrainHQ app
4. Open the BrainHQ app 
5. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password for your new BrainHQ account
6. Tap the "Sign Up" button when finished
