How do I register/sign up for BrainHQ?

Thank you for your interest in BrainHQ! 

You can sign up for BrainHQ on almost any computer or mobile device. No matter what device you use to sign up, you can log in from any computer, tablet, or phone and continue your BrainHQ training.

This article goes over how to sign up for BrainHQ from any device. This includes:

What are the password requirements?

There are a few password requirements to keep in mind while registering. Your password cannot contain common words (like “password”), repetitive or sequential patterns (like “ababab” or “1234”) or your email address, and it needs to be at least 8 characters long.

How do I sign up on a computer?

1. Go to www.BrainHQ.com.
2. Click the orange Sign Up button.
3. Enter the email address you’d like to use for BrainHQ and click continue.
4. Enter a password and click continue. (If you’re having trouble, make sure your password meets the password requirements above.)
5. Enter your first and last name and click continue.

That’s it! You are now registered for BrainHQ. Once you have finished these steps you will be logged in and ready to start training with BrainHQ.

How do I sign up on an iPad or iPhone?

Before signing up, download the BrainHQ app if you haven’t already:

1. Open the App Store app, which looks like this:

2. Search for "BrainHQ."
3. Download the BrainHQ app.
4. Confirm the download.

Once the app is installed, you can register:

1. To open the app, tap the BrainHQ app icon on your home screen, which looks like this:

2. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password for your new BrainHQ account.
3. Tap the create button when finished

That’s it! You are now registered for BrainHQ. Once you have finished these steps you will be logged in and ready to start training with BrainHQ.

How do I sign up on an Android phone or tablet?

Before logging in, download the BrainHQ app if you haven’t already:

1. On your device, open the Google Play Store app which looks like this:

2. Search for “BrainHQ.”
3. Tap Install to install the BrainHQ app

Once the app is installed, you can log in:

2. Fill in your first name, last name, email address, and desired password for your new BrainHQ account.
3. Tap the create button when finished.
