How do I log in to BrainHQ?

In this article we have listed how to log in on the devices listed below. Please click the relevant login method to jump to that portion of the article:

Users new to BrainHQ should refer to this article on how to Sign Up for BrainHQ.

To log in on a computer, please do the following:

1. Go to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click "log in" at the top of the page
3. Fill in the Email address you registered with BrainHQ
4. Fill in the Password you established upon registration
   • Click Set New Password to request a password reset email if necessary

To log in on the iPad app, please do the following:

1. Launch the App Store app. (Skip to Step 5 if you've already downloaded the BrainHQ app.)
2. Search for "BrainHQ".
3. Download the BrainHQ app.
4. Confirm the download. (The app itself is free.)
5. Launch the BrainHQ app by tapping on the icon.
6. Tap ADD ACCOUNT.
7. Tap ALREADY A BRAINHQ USER?
8. Enter the email address and password of your BrainHQ account.
9. Tap the Log In button.
   • If the password is not recognized, tap Get Password Now and we will send you a password reset email.

To log in on the iPhone app, please do the following:

1. Launch the App Store app. (Skip to Step 5 if you've already downloaded the BrainHQ app.)
2. Search for "BrainHQ".
3. Download the BrainHQ app.
4. Confirm the download. (The app itself is free.)
5. Launch the BrainHQ app by tapping on the icon.
6. Tap the > icon to progress through each panel of the opening animation
7. Tap on Log In at the bottom
8. Enter the email address and password for your BrainHQ account.
9. Tap Log In
   • If your password is not recognized, tap SET NEW PASSWORD and we will send a reset email to the email address provided.

To log in on an Android device, please do the following:

1. Open the Google Play Store app. (Skip to Step 4 if you've already downloaded the BrainHQ app.)
2. Search for "BrainHQ" (no quotes).
3. Install the BrainHQ app.
4. Open the BrainHQ app.
5. Tap on Log In.
6. Enter the email address and password of your BrainHQ account.
7. Tap Log In below that.
   • If the password is not recognized, hit SET NEW PASSWORD and we will send a reset email to the email address provided.
