Any given BrainHQ account can only have one license from a single source at a time. It's uncommon, but sometimes an error may occur when adding a user to your group. If the email address for the account you're adding already exists in our system and they have a license from a different source you will be unable to add them until that existing license has been removed from the account. Please contact us (or have the user in question contact us) at support@brainhq.com so that we can assist.
Common sources for pre-existing licenses include personal monthly or annual subscriptions, gift subscriptions, or membership in a partnered Medicare plan that includes BrainHQ as a benefit.
