How can I see what one of my users sees when they use BrainHQ?

If you need to access a user's account as if you were them, you can use the "Impersonate" button, which looks like this when you hover your mouse over their name in your member list.

When you click this button a new tab will open in your browser that will be logged into the user's BrainHQ account as if you were them. This is a great way to see their BrainHQ account exactly the way that they see it so that you can troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the course of your group members' training. To return to your portal you can simply close the new tab.
