If one of your group members leaves your organization, you'll want to remove them from your group so that the license assigned to their account can be reassigned to a new user as soon as possible. There are two ways to remove a user from your list of group members.
Delete the Group Member
By clicking the Delete icon (pictured above) the user will be removed from your group completely. The license that was applied to their account will become available to reassign to a different member in your group in 30 days.
Their account will still be in our system and all of their account data (training history and login information) will still be saved in our system. They will be able to log in and train on their own and can purchase their own monthly or annual subscription if they wish to regain full access to BrainHQ.
To add them back into your group later, use the "Add" button as outlined in this article and they will receive an invitation to rejoin your group.
Archive the Group Member
By clicking the Archive button (pictured above) the user will be added to your group's list of archived members.
To add an archived user back into your group later use the "Add" button as outlined in this article and they will be added back into your group right away as long as you have a license available for them. They won't need to accept a new invitation.
