By clicking the Archive button (pictured above) the user will be added to your group's list of archived members. The license that was applied to their account will become available to reassign to a different member in your group in 30 days.
Their account will still be in our system and all of their account data (training history and login information) will still be saved in our system. They will be able to log in and train on their own and can purchase their own monthly or annual subscription if they wish to regain full access to BrainHQ.
To add an archived user back into your group later use the "Add" button as outlined in this article and they will be added back into your group right away as long as you have a license available for them--they won't need to accept a new invitation.
To retrieve data for an archived user, click the "Manage Archived" button above your member list.
The number in parentheses shows you how many archived users are in your group. Clicking this button will open a dialog box with a few options.
- Download a list of archived users - Generate a .csv spreadsheet with the email address and user ID number for all of your group's archived users.
- Add an archived user back to this group - Take a user out of the archive and add them back into your group. (Note: Your group needs a license available to restore them to your member list.)
- Remove archived users - Delete users from your archive and group entirely. You can delete one archived user at a time or your entire archive all at once.
