How to manage a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store

This articles how to manage a BrainHQ subscription purchased through the Google Play Store. 

Uninstalling the BrainHQ app will not cancel your subscription. 

Cancel a subscription

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu  Subscriptions.
4. Select the BrainHQ subscription.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

Restart or restore a subscription

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap Menu  Subscriptions.
4. Select the BranHQ subscription
5. Tap Restore.
6. Follow the instructions.

Request a refund for a Google Play purchase

Google may offer refunds within 48 hours of the purchase of a BrainHQ subscription.  To request a refund, please do the following:

1. Open a mobile browser (like Chrome).
2. At the top, enter play.google.com. 
3. Tap Menu  Account  Order History.
4. On the order you want to return, swipe left and tap More .
5. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
6. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.
7. You will see a message saying "Thank you for sharing your concerns." You'll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes, but it can take up to four business days.
