How to manage your BrainHQ subscription on BrainHQ.com

Below we have instructions on how to manage or change your BrainHQ subscription options.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select "Profile" from the drop-down menu
4. Click "Unsubscribe" to end your subscription

Once this is done you will not be billed again.  You will have full access to the time that you paid for, and your account will revert to a free account at the end of your current billing period.  You will have limited access to the exercises on the website.  

All of your progress is saved regardless of subscription status, which means that if you choose to subscribe to BrainHQ again in the future you can pick up your training where you had previously left off.

To upgrade from monthly to yearly subscription plans:

1. Log in to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select "profile" from the drop-down menu
4. Click the "upgrade to yearly" button

To update payment method:

1. Log in to www.BrainHQ.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select "profile" from the drop-down menu
4. Click "Show Payment Method" and then "Update"
