If you purchased a subscription through the BrainHQ app via the Apple App Store, sometimes the app doesn't update with your new subscription information right away. There are a few things you can do to try and fix the issue.
The first thing we like to recommend doing is logging out of your account and then logging back in. If that doesn't work then you can try to restore your subscription in the app.
Here's how to restore your subscription:
- Log in to your BrainHQ app
- Tap on the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner:
- Tap "About"
- Tap "Restore Subscription"
If no change occurred to your account and you cannot access the full suite of BrainHQ exercises, please forward a copy of your subscription receipt to us at email@example.com.
