If you purchased a subscription through the BrainHQ app via the Google Play Store on your Android device, sometimes the app doesn't update with your new subscription information right away. There are a few things you can do to try and fix the issue.
The first thing we recommend doing is logging out of your account and then logging back in. If that doesn't work then you can try to restore your subscription in the app.
Here's how to restore your subscription:
1. Log in to the BrainHQ app and tap the menu button in the top right corner
2. Select "About"
3. Tap "Recover Subscription"
If no change occurred to your account and you cannot access the full suite of BrainHQ exercises, please forward a copy of your subscription receipt to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
