There’s a new feature on BrainHQ that lets you create a training team with your friends! When a teammate trains, you’ll get a notice. And when you train, they’ll get one. These check-ins can motivate you (and your friends) to keep up with your BrainHQ training, and help you feel connected and supported as you work out your brains.

This feature is now available on the web and on iOS devices–and will be available on Android devices soon.
