What are BrainHQ Training Teams?

There’s a new feature on BrainHQ that lets you create a training team with your friends! When a teammate trains, you’ll get a notice. And when you train, they’ll get one. These check-ins can motivate you (and your friends) to keep up with your BrainHQ training, and help you feel connected and supported as you work out your brains.
