We often get asked about how much time you should be spending a week doing brain training.
We recommend trying to fit in at least 60-90 minutes of effective brain training a week. For most people, training in 20-30 minute sessions three times a week will allow them to meet this goal.
Why?
Brain exercise is like physical exercise: making real and lasting changes takes effort.
Remember, some brain training is better than none at all! If 20-30 minutes is too much for one sitting, squeezing in some training throughout the week in smaller sessions is still better than not training at all. Start small and work up!
Setting Goals
When starting a new routine, it's helpful to set goals and have reminders to get back to training. We have a helpful article here with instructions on how to set weekly goals and how to set up training reminders.
