BrainHQ was not designed for children under the age of 13. BrainHQ was designed and tested mostly on healthy adult brains. We don't know if BrainHQ is more or less beneficial for a child than it would be for an adult. That being said, we believe that anyone who can understand and follow the instructions should be able to use BrainHQ.
