The Daily Spark is a free way to train on BrainHQ, offering one free exercise per day in a different category of training every day of the week. The categories are on a rotation as follows:
- People Skills Sunday
- Memory Monday
- Intelligence Tuesday
- Attention Wednesday
- Brain Speed Thursday
- Navigation Friday
- Wildcard Saturday
Users who have registered a free BrainHQ account can access the Daily Spark by logging into www.BrainHQ.com and clicking the button that says "The Daily Spark - A New Exercise Every Day".
Users who have a BrainHQ subscription can also use the Daily Spark in their personal trainer. This will add the daily exercise to the beginning of their training schedule for the day. (The Daily Spark is added to new users' Personal Trainers by default. Please refer to this article for information about how to make changes to your Personal Trainer's focus.)
