When a web browser has problems loading BrainHQ on a computer, one of the simplest workarounds is to try using a different internet browser. An internet browser is a computer program used to access the internet. Each computer has its own default internet browser, but there are many browsers available.
Below is a list of the recommended browsers and links to websites where they are available to download for free. Please note that on mobile device such as an iPhone, iPad, or Android, the BrainHQ website will not always load the exercises properly. Please download the BrainHQ app from the App Store or Google Play Store to train on iOS or Android devices.
Google Chrome: Google Chrome is the browser of choice for the Posit Science Customer Delight Department. The icon is a ball made four colors: red, blue, yellow and green.

Mozilla Firefox: Mozilla is another good choice for people that having trouble with a browser. The icon is an orange fox wrapped around a blue sphere.

Microsoft Edge: Microsoft Edge is the new default browser for Windows 10 and later. The Microsoft Edge icon is usually a blue "e".

Safari: Safari comes on all Apple products. The Safari icon is a blue compass.
