BrainHQ offers three different kinds of subscriptions: personal subscriptions, family subscriptions, and gift subscriptions. But what's the difference, and which one is the right fit for you?

What is a personal subscription plan?

Personal subscriptions give you full access to all of the content on the BrainHQ website on your own individual account. With a personal subscription, you can use all the BrainHQ exercises, track your progress, and improve your brain health and function! 

• Personal subscriptions are available as a monthly subscription for $14/month, or a yearly subscription for $96/year (which is equal to $8/month).
• Personal subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each term, but can be cancelled at any time to remove the automatic renewal.
• Personal subscriptions are active from the day that they are purchased–once you buy a personal subscription, you can begin training your brain right away. 
• Personal subscriptions plans cannot be shared- the exercises in BrainHQ adapt to the user, creating personalized training for them, so it’s important that each person has their own account.

Should I get a monthly or yearly personal subscription?

Here are a few things to consider when deciding whether to get a monthly or yearly subscription:

• Monthly subscriptions are a great way to get started with BrainHQ without committing long term.
• At any time, you can upgrade from a monthly to a yearly subscription at a pro-rated price from your profile page.
• Yearly subscriptions are discounted, so you pay less overall. This makes it the best value for people who are ready to commit to training with BrainHQ. It’s the option that most users choose.
• With a yearly subscription, you can also manage a family subscription so loved ones can join in the training at a discounted rate.

What is a family subscription plan?

Family subscriptions let you add friends and family members to your account at a discount. 

• Adding each family member is $59/year–a discount from the personal subscription price of $96/year. Each person you add will have their own private BrainHQ account. When your account automatically renews, all family member accounts attached to it will also be renewed.
• As the person who manages your family member accounts, you can unsubscribe (or resubscribe!) family member accounts whenever you like.

What is a gift subscription?

Gift subscriptions are designed to be sent to friends and family, so that they can create their own accounts and have full access to all of the content on the BrainHQ website.

• Gift subscriptions are available for 12-month terms at the standard price of $96/year.  
• Gift subscriptions do not automatically renew. At the end of a gift term, the account will revert to a basic account and limited access to BrainHQ. The gift recipient can continue training by purchasing a personal subscription or receiving another gift.
• Gift subscriptions do not begin their term until the gift recipient redeems their gift code. That means you can purchase a gift subscription ahead of time and hang on to it until you are ready to give it to someone.
