How to subscribe to BrainHQ

To subscribe to BrainHQ, start by clicking here to view personal subscription options on our website.

The two boxes are personal subscription prices. One is for monthly billing, the other is for annual billing, where the subscription price is collected all up front. Subscriptions are purchases that automatically renew every term until manually cancelled. Choose the level that you would like to purchase by clicking on the proper box.

To purchase a subscription for someone else, or to purchase a subscription without automatic renewal, then a gift subscription is the way to go. To view and purchase gift subscriptions, please refer to this article.

After selecting a subscription, select a payment method: credit card or PayPal

On the Checkout page, make sure the name is the same as the name on your credit card. Enter your postal code (zip code) for your region. International customers or customers whose cards do not check postal code can enter "0." Enter your credit card number, type the expiration date (MMYY, no slash "/"), and enter the CVV.

Make sure the purchase price on the Buy button is accurate. The price listed there is the price in full you will be billed for this transaction. When ready, click the "buy" button. You'll know the purchase has been completed if you see a receipt on the following screen. You will also be sent a receipt via email automatically.

You can unsubscribe from a subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to BrainHQ until the end of the term the purchased term.  You will not receive a refund for unused time.  Currently we do not take subscriptions by mail.  We do not accept checks, or other methods of payment for personal subscriptions.
