To purchase UFOV® assessments and provide them to your users, you first need to have a BrainHQ Group account. You can go ahead and set up your BrainHQ Group directly by following the instructions here, or contact us at support@BrainHQ.com for help in getting set up.

Once you have a BrainHQ Group account, you can purchase UFOV assessments on your own, with a credit card; or by submitting a purchase order to us, which you can pay by check, wire transfer, or credit card.

You can find the latest UFOV Assessment pricing here.

If you occasionally administer UFOV assessments, consider purchasing a single assessment with a credit card or a pack of 20 assessments to minimize upfront costs. If you have a high volume of users, you can benefit from our volume purchase discounts.

To purchase UFOV assessments by credit card:

1. Go to your Group (by logging into BrainHQ and clicking the GROUPS tab at the top).
2. Click on the Group Settings icon in the left navigation bar (the icon is a person and a gear).

3. Scroll down to see the “UFOV assessments” Section.
4. Click the Purchase Assessments button.
5. Then select the number of UFOV assessments you want to purchase from the drop-down menu and complete the purchase. You’ll get an email receipt for your records.
6. If you don’t have a credit card on file for your BrainHQ Group, you’ll be guided through a process to enter a credit card number.

To purchase UFOV assessments through an invoice process, please email us at support@brainhq.com (from the email account that is an admin on your BrainHQ account). Let us know:

1. How many UFOV licenses you wish to purchase.

2. The email for the group admin, or the existing group ID if you already have a UFOV group
3. The name and email address of your purchasing agent - the person to whom the invoice should be sent
4. Any other information your purchasing agent requires on the invoice.

Your purchasing agent and you will receive an invoice with instructions about how to make payment by credit card, wire transfer, or check. Once we receive payment, we’ll add the licenses to your BrainHQ group.
