When trying to purchase BrainHQ, did you get an error message that says something along the lines of "Problem processing your request" or "X is invalid"? There are a few reasons why this might happen.
In this article we will cover the following reasons you may get an error:
Information entered is wrong
It’s easy to make a typo when entering your billing information. Try typing in everything again and double-checking to make sure everything is entered correctly.
There should be a green icon to the left of each field in the form if everything was typed in correctly. If it was not typed correctly an error message will appear and indicate which field is incorrect, and the icon will remain gray.
Security hold
If this is your first time purchasing with us, or if it's the first time in a while since you've purchased anything from us, your credit institution may flag the purchase as potentially fraudulent as part of their security measures, which can place a hold on the payment. This is especially likely if you are outside of the United States, as international banks often place holds on foreign transactions.
If you have verified that all of your payment information is correct and you are receiving an error message, please call your bank to ask about any holds placed on your card and confirm that it was an intentional purchase, then try checking out again.
Insufficient funds
If you do not have enough money in your debit account or you maxed out your credit card, you may need to add more funds to your account or pay off some of your credit card before you can make a purchase.
