When you try to sign up for a BrainHQ account, do you get an error saying “It looks like you already have a BrainHQ account”?
Or if you are on the app, the notification will look like this:
This means an account already exists in our system using the email address you entered. Each account has to have a different email address. Try logging into your pre-existing account, or use a different email address to create a new one.
