Subscribing with PayPal

Please follow these steps to purchase with your PayPal account:

1. Log into BrainHQ
2. Click on "Subscribe" at the top of the page
3. Click on the subscription rate that you would like.
4. The form will ask if you want to pay via credit card or PayPal, then select PayPal.
5. A PayPal popup window will appear. Enter your PayPal email address and password into the PayPal log in page
6. Click on the "Agree and Continue" button to agree to the payment process
7. You should at this point be back on the BrainHQ website. Click the "Buy" button to complete the purchase process. The purchase is completed when you see a receipt on the screen.

You will receive an email from PayPal about the purchase agreement, but that's just the payment process, not the receipt. Once the payment has been completed, you will receive an additional email receipt from us.

If you complete step 6 above but not step 7, you will only receive the PayPal purchase agreement email. You have not completed your purchase, so you won't receive a receipt from us and you won't be able to access the full BrainHQ suite until the purchase is completed.
