As a group administrator, you can set a Focus for the Personal Trainer of each of your group members. This will narrow down the scope of their training to only the exercises that are included in the selected Focus. You can read more about Focus settings in this article.

To set a Focus for your group members, follow these steps:

1. Log into your admin account at www.brainhq.com.
2. Click “Groups” at the top of the page.
3. Click the “Settings” tab.

4. Click on the Focus currently set as it appears in the “Focus” column.
5. Select the Focus of choice from the drop-down menu in the box that appears.

   1. The Standard Focus includes all of the exercises.
   2. The Specialized Foci are pre-set groups of exercises for common training regimens.

A Custom Focus can be selected for your group members from any Custom Focus you’ve built on your own admin account. You can learn more about building a Custom Focus in this article.
