Want to understand your subscription plan? Whether you want to know what type of subscription you have, when your next payment is scheduled, or when your gift subscription expires, you can do so by checking your account information.

How do I check the status of my subscription?
If you're interested in seeing the status of your subscription to BrainHQ, please follow the steps below.
- Open a browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
- Go to www.BrainHQ.com and log in to your account.
- Click your name or the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Select account from the drop-down menu.
What does my account information mean?
You’ll find several pieces of information under your account. You might not see all of them, depending on what type of account you have.
- Account Type indicates whether your account has a personal subscription, family plan, gift subscription, etc.
- Account ID shows your ID number, as well as your subscription ID.
- Next Billing Date is when the account's current subscription term ends, and the date you will be billed for another term if the subscription has not been cancelled. If you have a gift subscription this will say “None.”
- Next Billing Amount shows you how much you will be charged for your next subscription renewal. If you have a gift subscription this will say “None.”
- Subscription End Date shows you when subscription expires. This only applies if you received BrainHQ as a gift–other subscriptions will say “None.”
- The Subscribe Now button is only visible if you don’t already have a monthly or yearly subscription. If you have a gift subscription, this button allows you to subscribe for an ongoing subscription that will start once your gift term runs out.
- The Unsubscribe button removes automatic renewal from the account, so the payment method on hand won't be billed again in the future. The account will retain its subscription until the end of the current billing period, as shown under Next Billing Date above.
- The Upgrade button is only visible on accounts with a monthly subscription to BrainHQ. Monthly users can upgrade their subscription to a yearly subscription at a pro-rated rate.

The Show Payment Method button is only visible if you have a personal subscription. By clicking this button you can see the last four digits of the card used to make payments. You will also then have the option to click the Update Card button to change which card will be charged.
