How do I change the email address on my account?

If you have a new email address you'd like to use for BrainHQ, you can change your email address by doing the following: 

1. Log into your BrainHQ account at www.BrainHQ.com using the old email address and password.
2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on "profile" from the drop down menu.
4. Next to your email address click on the edit button.
5. A new prompt will appear where you'll be asked to type in your new email address and your current account password.

If you are not able to change it, that probably means that the email address you are trying to go to has been taken. In cases like that, you can try to log in with that email address, or contact us for help.
