If you’d like to change the email address you use to log in to BrainHQ, just follow these steps:
- Open a browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
- Log in to your BrainHQ account at www.BrainHQ.com using your old email address and password.
- Click your name or the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click on profile from the drop-down menu.
- Next to your email address, click on the purple pencil button.
- Type in your new email address and your current account password, then click submit (Make sure the new email is spelled correctly).
You have now changed your email address! Next time you log in you will use the new email. If you get a message saying “problem changing your login”, then that email address probably already has a BrainHQ account associated with it. Try logging in with that email address.
