How do I adjust the number of licenses my Pro group is paying for?

If you need to add or remove members to or from your BrainHQ Pro group, you'll want to adjust the number of licenses in your group accordingly. Your group's cardholding admin can change the number of renewing licenses in your group by following these steps.

1. Log into your admin account at www.brainhq.com.
2. Click the "Groups" at the top of the page.
3. Click the "Group" tab on the left (with the gear icon).
4. Under the "Group Licenses" header, click "Adjust Licenses".
5. Adjust the new license total up or down to the desired total number of licenses.
6. Click the "Add Licenses" or "Remove Licenses" button below to finalize your total.

Your next renewal will be charged for the new number of licenses in your group.
