Why aren't my licenses available yet?

When you remove a user from your group you may be wondering why the license that was assigned to them can't be assigned to a new member right away. BrainHQ Pro licenses must be used for the same person for at least 30 days before it can be reused for another group member. When this 30-day period has elapsed you'll be able to assign the license to someone else. Click the question mark icon under the Group Licenses header in your admin portal for more information about when these licenses will become available again.
