BrainHQ Training Team notifications are a great way to stay motivated and accountable for your brain training. However, there could be a few reasons why your teammates aren’t receiving your training notifications.
BrainHQ notifications are an iOS Feature (for now)
Currently, BrainHQ Training Team notifications are only available on iOS devices (for now). If your teammates are using the BrainHQ website or the BrainHQ app on Android, they won't receive these notifications. However, they can still send encouraging emojis to teammates from the web version.
Once the Training Teams feature rolls out to the Android app, your teammates should be able to send and receive training notifications from you through the BrainHQ app.
Enable Push Notifications for BrainHQ
To receive team training notifications on an iPhone or iPad, your teammates will need to ensure push notifications are enabled for the BrainHQ app. Here's how they can check:
- Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on "Notifications."
- Find the "BrainHQ" app on the list.
- Make sure the "Allow Notifications" toggle is switched on. You can also customize the notification settings here, such as choosing the sound or banner style.
Once they’ve enabled push notifications, they should start receiving updates about your brain training activity!
Additional Tips:
- If you're still not receiving notifications after enabling them, try restarting your iPhone or iPad.
- Ensure you have a good internet connection, as this is necessary for receiving notifications.
