Why aren't I receiving training notifications from my teammates?

BrainHQ Training Team notifications are a great way to stay motivated and accountable for your brain training. However, there could be a few reasons why you aren’t receiving your teammate’s training notifications.

BrainHQ notifications are an iOS Feature (for now)

Currently, BrainHQ Training Team notifications are only available on iOS devices for now. If you're using the BrainHQ website or the BrainHQ app on Android, you won't receive training notifications. However, you can still send encouraging emojis to your teammates from the web version.

Once the Training Teams feature rolls out to the Android app, you should be able to send and receive training notifications from your teammates through the BrainHQ app.

Enable Push Notifications for BrainHQ

To receive team training notifications on your iPhone or iPad, you need to ensure push notifications are enabled for the BrainHQ app. Here's how to check:

1. Go to your iPhone or iPad's Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap on "Notifications."
3. Find the "BrainHQ" app on the list.
4. Make sure the "Allow Notifications" toggle is switched on. You can also customize the notification settings here, such as choosing the sound or banner style.

Once you've enabled push notifications, you should start receiving updates about your teammates' brain training activity!
