Creating a Training Team within BrainHQ is simple - all you have to do is invite a friend to train with you!
Start by logging in to BrainHQ at www.BrainHQ.com and then look for the “Train With Friends” option on your dashboard. (You may have to use the arrows to scroll between different dashboard options.) Select it, and a prompt should appear with an explanation of this new feature. Select the “Invite >” button to invite your first friend.
A new prompt will appear and ask you for your friend’s email address. You can also edit the personalized message that will be included in the invitation email. When you’ve finished filling out the necessary information, click the “Submit >” button, and a prompt should appear letting you know the invitation has been sent.
Your friend should receive an email invitation within 24 hours with a link they can follow to join your team. When they select this link, they’ll be taken to BrainHQ where they can either sign up for a new account or log in to an existing account. Once logged in, they’ll be prompted to accept your invitation - when they do, congrats! You’ve added your first team member. You’ll both be able to see when the other had last completed training with BrainHQ.
