You can join your class directly from your BrainHQ account (on the web), or from a class reminder email. To join the class, you will need to have Zoom installed. If you do not have a Zoom account, you can set one up for free and download Zoom by following these directions: How to Create a Zoom Account
Joining your class through your BrainHQ account:
- Go to www.brainhq.com (on the web, this is not available through the mobile app). Make sure you are logged into your account. (If you see the screen below, you are not logged in. In this case, click the blue LOG IN link in the top right of the screen and enter your email and password when prompted.)
- Click your user name at the top right of the screen.
- Select “Profile.”
- Scroll down the page to find the section titled “BrainHQ Telehealth.”
- Click the Join Now link. That should allow you to join the meeting!
Joining your class through an email reminder:
Each week, you'll get an email reminder about your upcoming class. That email will have a link to immediately join you to the class.
If you are already logged into BrainHQ, the link will open Zoom and let you join the class.
If you are not already logged into BrainHQ, the link will open BrainHQ and ask you to log into BrainHQ. Just follow the instructions above (Joining your class through your BrainHQ account) and you'll be in the class.
When to join your class:
We recommend that you join your class about 10 minutes before the starting time. This will give the the time to make sure you've joined the class, and say hello to your instructor before it starts.
