Progress tiles are a feature that will appear on the training page after logging in to BrainHQ. They will appear as boxes and show the progress made both throughout the week and over time.
There are several different kinds of tiles that can be seen:
- Weekly Challenge
- Milestone Moments
- Percentile Moments
- Event Moments
- Weekly Goal
Weekly Challenge
A new challenge appears each week. This challenge can be something like “complete one level of each Attention exercise this week".
In the example screenshot above, this person has trained with 1 of the 5 Attention exercises so far this week.
Milestone
Milestone moments are awarded for levels passed, stars and consecutive days played
In the screenshot above, this person earned their 100th star!
Percentile
Percentile Moments indicate scoring compared to other people who have completed the same level. Scoring in the top 25% (or better) will be reflected on a tile.
In the screenshot above, this person scored in the top 10% of those who had completed the same level of Double Decision.
Events
Event moments are issues when specific actions have been accomplished, such as logging in a second time to start training.
Weekly Goal
To learn how to set a weekly training goal, view this article. A tile for this will appear next to the other moments so that it is easy to view weekly progress at a glance.
Clicking on this tile will display an overview of the training completed this month. This is to easily show total days trained and completion of weekly goals. It also displays the total number of levels completed, and the longest streak where training was completed on consecutive days.
