Whether you're a nervous new BrainHQ user, or if you're a long time member of BrainHQ, we're working on providing webinars for you in 2026!
We offer three different types of webinars:
- Getting Started with BrainHQ - Weekly webinars for new and returning users
- Office Hours - Bi-monthly webinar covering a BrainHQ feature
- BrainHQ Academy - Bi-monthly webinar covering a larger neuroscience topic
If you'd like to see our 2026 Office Hours/Academy webinar calendar (and register early for those webinars), you can do so from our site here: https://www.brainhq.com/why-brainhq/brainhq-webinars/
Getting Started with BrainHQ
Currently we offer a 30-minute webinar geared towards new users. One of our staff members will show you how to get started with BrainHQ, talk about the program’s features, and answer any questions you might have. It’s a great way to get your brain training off to a strong start, or if you're returning to BrainHQ after a break!
We offer this introductory webinar once a week. This webinar will occur on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. Pacific time, since we are in California! Click below to see upcoming dates and register to join:
BrainHQ Office Hours
Our goal for the new office hours webinar series is to show off a few features of BrainHQ, and then we’ll open the floor and answer any questions you might have about those features to round out the hour. These are a bit more informal and relaxed than our Brain Academy webinars, and we’re planning to host Office Hours during odd-numbered months this year (January, March, etc).
The next BrainHQ Academy webinar is:
All About the Intelligence Exercises
Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 11:00 am Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Description: There are many different ways to be “intelligent.” What all types of intelligence have in common, though, is the ability to call up, compare, and manipulate multiple pieces of information very quickly, all at the same time. Being able to retain information in our working memory while simultaneously working on that information is vital for many problem-solving tasks. Join us in this live webinar, and learn about how Intelligence exercises in BrainHQ have been designed to help with these skills, plus some tips and tricks for training with them. Bring your questions for Q&A too!
All Office Hours webinars are recorded and posted to our YouTube channel at http://youtube.com/BrainHQ

BrainHQ Academy
BrainHQ Academy webinars are a deep dive into a larger topic, and then how that topic relates back to brain health and neuroscience. These are hour long webinars hosted by a scientist at Posit Science, and will have a guest speaker who specializes in the topic being covered. BrainHQ Academy webinars will be hosted during even-numbered months this year (February, April, etc).
The next BrainHQ Academy webinar is:
Grief and the Brain
Thursday, August 13th, 2026 11:00 AM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Description: Most of us have experienced heartbreaking loss of some kind–of a loved one, a relationship, a home. The grief that accompanies such a loss can feel overwhelming. That’s because the brain encodes something we love into our brain, so that it becomes a part of us. In this webinar, we will talk about this process from a neurological perspective. Learning what is happening in the brain when we grieve won’t change the loss, but may help us bear it with better understanding.
