Anytime! If you’re a member of someone else’s team and want to be removed from their team, all you need to do is remove the team leader from your roster. To do this, log in to the BrainHQ app and then select “Most Recent Check-In.” This will reveal Your Training Team.

To remove a member from your team, slide your finger over the team leader’s icon from right to left. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm that you’d like to remove this member from your team.

If you select “Remove” the member won’t appear on your team roster anymore, and you won’t appear on theirs either.

If you’d like to join their team again in the future, the team leader can send you another invitation to join.
