Although we at Posit Science believe that everyone can benefit from training with BrainHQ, sometimes life can get in the way. If you purchase a BrainHQ subscription through our website and find that it isn't working out for you (whether it's difficult to schedule time to train, or another reason entirely), just let us know within 30 days of your original purchase date and we'd be happy to assist in issuing a refund.
The best way to reach our Customer Delight team would be to fill out our help form. Please be sure to include the email address you used to register for a BrainHQ account if you aren't logged in to BrainHQ already. A transaction ID would also be helpful (this can be found on the receipt emailed to you), but it's not required.
If you would like to return to BrainHQ again in the future, no problem! All of your progress is saved to your account. Once a new subscription is purchased you can pick up your training right where you had left off.
Please note that our 30-day refund guarantee does not extend to subscription purchases that are made through our iOS and Android apps. Subscriptions that are purchased through the iOS apps are handled by Apple via the App Store, and subscriptions that are purchased through the Android app are handled by Google via the Google Play Store. As such, these subscriptions are not managed by us, and any refund requests will need to be made through the respective store following each stores respective refund policies.
