How do I apply my CareSource membership to an existing BrainHQ account?

If you are already a registered BrainHQ user, you can log in to your existing BrainHQ account and activate your free health plan benefit from CareSource by following these steps:

1. Go to http://caresource.brainhq.com/ 
2. Click “Log In” at the top of the page
   • If you are already logged in, skip to step 4.
3. Log into your account with your email address and password, then click "Log In >"
4. Enter your CareSource Member ID and click "Submit >"
