How do I sign up for BrainHQ through CareSource?

If you have received an offer from CareSource to sign up for BrainHQ for free as a benefit of your health plan, please follow these steps to register:

1. Go to http://caresource.brainhq.com/ 
2. Click the "Sign Up" button
3. Enter your CareSource Member ID twice and click "Confirm >"
4. Enter your first and last name and click “Continue >”
5. Enter your email address, create a password, and click “Sign Up >”
