Clicking on the Group side menu button will take administrators to a section of the portal that contains information about the group. From here, administrators can update fields such as their group name, website, location, and group type. Licensing information is also available to view here. Additionally, administrators who are using BrainHQ for research studies have the ability to fill in a clinical trial profile.
- Group name The name of the group. Click to edit the name.
- Please note: Changing a group name is a substantial operation, and it may cause mild disturbances to users who are currently trying to interact with the group or any group pages you have set up. Please proceed only if you are sure you want to change the name permanently.
- Group ID The ID for the specific group. Click to copy this information to the clipboard.
- Created The date that the group was created.
- Organization Name The name of the company or organization. This can be different from the group name. Click to edit the field.
- Organization Website The company or organization's website. Click to edit the field.
- Country What country the company or organization is operating from. Click to edit the field.
- State/Province The state or province that the company or organization is operating from. Click to edit the field.
- Organization Type The type of service the company or organization offers. Examples include adult education, clinics, hospitals, military VA’s, rehab centers, research studies, etc.
- License Type This will indicate what type of licenses are available through this group. Licenses can be listed as BrainHQ Pro, BrainHQ Enterprise, Comp, etc.
- Total The total number of licenses for the group.
- Assigned to Users The number of licenses that have been assigned to a user .
- Available to Transfer Licenses once applied to a user’s account will stay assigned to that account for 30 days. After 30 days the license will be able to be transferred to a different user if needed. This is the number of licenses that are eligible to be transferred to different accounts.
- Not Available to Transfer The number of licenses that are not eligible to be transferred to different accounts are listed here.
- Not Assigned to Users The number of licenses that are available to be assigned to users (this does not include licenses that are eligible to be transferred).
- Available to Assign The number of licenses that can be assigned.
- Not Available to Assign The number of licenses that cannot be assigned yet. These are licenses that were removed from accounts before 30 days had elapsed.
Clinical Trial Profile
This section is geared towards research studies. Click to edit any of the fields in this section. Organizations that are not running research studies can ignore this section.
- ClinicalTrials.gov link The study's registration page (per the FDA's mandate requiring that all clinical trials be registered). Studies can be registered on clinicaltrials.gov or similar.
- Study Type The type of study (randomized controlled trial, single-arm study, observational study, case study, etc)
- Study Stage The stage of the study (pilot, feasibility, efficacy, feasibility & efficacy, or other)
- Planned Study Enrollment The number of participants planned for enrollment in the study.
- Funding Source The organization that is funding the research (NIH, DoD, Alzheimer's Association, University, etc)
- IRB Approved Whether or not this research is approved by an ethics board such as the IRB, REB, etc.
- Cognitive Endpoints The standardized cognitive outcome measures the study will use to measure cognitive change (NIH TOOLBOX, NIH EXAMINER, NTB, MCCB, etc)
- Behavioral Endpoints The functional outcome measures the study will use to measure functional change, if any (VRFCAT, TIADLS, etc)
- Brain Imaging Endpoints The brain imaging measures the study will use, if any (fMRI, PET, etc)
- Biomarker Endpoints The digital, blood-based, or imaging biomarkers the study will use, if any (e.g., biomarkers such as heart rate variability, pupil reactivity, etc. Blood-based biomarkers such as serum BDNF, amyloid, tau, nfl, etc. Brain-based imaging biomarkers such as functional connectivity, volumetrics, etc)
