Posit Science now offers several options to organizations that wish to make BrainHQ available to their members. Creating a group BrainHQ account grants an administrator access to an administrative portal where they can manage BrainHQ access for members of an organization. The administrator will be able to monitor and supervise their members' usage, progress, and performance as they train in BrainHQ. BrainHQ for Groups is used in clinics, classrooms, teams, communities, and enterprises in healthcare, education, insurance, senior care, sports, military, manufacturing, and service sectors to monitor and improve performance.
Follow these steps to create a small group:
- Go to portal.brainhq.com
- Log in to a preexisting BrainHQ account, or create a new BrainHQ account.
- Create a name for the group. The name of the group can be edited at any time.
- The following page will include a prompt for purchasing licenses.
We recommend purchasing enough licenses for the group's administrators to get started. Additional licenses for more group members can be purchased any time.

A form to fill in credit card information will appear.
Once the payment has been processed, the small group has been created. From here more group members can be added and additional licenses can be purchased when needed.
