Posit Science offers a small group setup for organizations looking to provide BrainHQ to 100 or fewer members.
NOTE: This is the legacy version of our Group Portal. A legacy group can no longer be created. Additionally, current legacy groups will be migrated to the new group format soon. These articles are to support existing legacy groups until they have been migrated to the new version.
Here's how it works - a designated administrator can set up a group account and purchase a number of group licenses. Accounts can then be created for group members so they may access BrainHQ. The administrator(s) can then apply licenses to the group members to grant them full access to all of the content in BrainHQ. When a group member is done training or wants to take a break, an administrator can then remove the license from a group member's account so it can be applied to another group member's account. This is an efficient way for an organization to share resources between its members.
A few notes:
- Group administrators (including the group's creator) should have BrainHQ licenses as well as their users. This ensures that group administrators have the opportunity to become familiar with BrainHQ, and can support and supervise their users as they train on BrainHQ.
- Group creators should purchase a number group licenses sufficient for the number of concurrent users expected over the course of the year, including users and administrators. (For example: If your group has 3 administrators who will supervise the use of BrainHQ, and you expect to have a maximum of 20 group members using BrainHQ in any month, you should purchase 23 group licenses.)
Purchasing group licenses grants access to a complete online secure portal that will let group administrators create member accounts, manage group licenses, and track the usage, progress, and performance of group members. Each group member provided with a BrainHQ license will have full access to BrainHQ, including all core features - all of the brain exercises, the personal trainer, the ability to choose personal trainer focuses, and the ability to train on the web or on a mobile device.
