How do I apply my Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP) membership to my existing BrainHQ account?

If you are already a registered BrainHQ user, you can log in to your existing BrainHQ account and activate your free health plan benefit from Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP) by following these steps:

1. Go to http://hap.brainhq.com/  
2. Click “Log In” at the top of the page
   • If you are already logged in, skip to step 4.
3. Log into your account with your email address and password
4. Enter your first and last name and click “Continue >”
5. Enter your zip code and click “Continue >”
6. Enter your birth date and click “Continue >”

Note: In the unlikely event that eligibility cannot be determined through the steps outlined above, you’ll be given the option to enter your Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP) member ID number to confirm your plan’s eligibility for BrainHQ.
