How do I sign up for BrainHQ through Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP)?

If you have received an offer from Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP) to sign up for BrainHQ for free as a benefit of your health plan, please follow these steps to register:

1. Go to http://hap.brainhq.com/  
2. Click the "Sign Up" button
3. Enter your email address
   • If you already have a BrainHQ account with us you’ll be prompted to enter your password to log in and activate your benefit on your existing account
4. Enter your first and last name and click “Continue >”
5. Enter your zip code and click “Continue >”
6. Enter your birth date and click “Continue >”

Note: In the unlikely event that eligibility cannot be determined through the steps outlined above, you’ll be given the option to enter your Health Alliance Plan of Michigan (HAP) member ID number to confirm your plan’s eligibility for BrainHQ.
