We often get asked about how much time you should be spending a week doing brain training.
We recommend trying to fit in at least 90 minutes of effective brain training a week. Many people tell us that 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time works best for them, but others may find 15 minutes a day 6 days a week works better.
Why?
Brain exercise is like physical exercise: making real and lasting changes takes effort.
Remember, some brain training is better than none at all! We still encourage those who can't train for 90 minutes a week to set a personal goal. Start small and work up!
Setting Goals
When starting a new routine, it's helpful to set goals and have reminders to get back to training. We have a helpful article here with instructions on how to set weekly goals and how to set up training reminders.
